The West Jordan Sugar Factory is no longer. It was demolished in 2010. According to the West Jordan Mayor and City Council, future Theater Arts performances will be at the new Salt Lake County Library auditorium, located between West Jordan City Hall and the Rodeo arena. This facility is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed around the end of 2011 or beginning of 2012.
